Treatment Programs and Benefits

Selecting the right treatment program based on individual needs is essential to getting and remaining sober. All of our centers provide clients with a medically supervised detox along with a thorough evaluation to ensure, prior to entering treatment, that that specific addiction center is the right fit. Once the medical detox is completed, patients are moved to the residential treatment center.  Inpatient rehab is where clients learn how to deal with their addiction, and the steps they need to take to remain sober, once treatment is complete. The level of treatment at all of our centers, including those in New Jersey, include one-on-one therapy, group therapy, 12 step program management, non-12 step treatment, and many other modalities.

Once the client has completed the 30-60 day inpatient treatment, they will be set up with an outpatient rehab center in Jersey City, allowing them to get back to family, their job, and start their new life clean and sober. Outpatient treatment (IOP) means the patient goes to see an addiction counselor on a daily basis, before or after work.  They perform drug and alcohol screening as well as provide reinforcement of the skills taught during inpatient treatment.  Outpatient treatment is something The Addiction Advocates work hard to set up for our clients to ensure their long lasting sobriety.
